What is Modular?
A modular building is made from pre-built sections called modules. These sections are made and constructed in our factory by our expert team, then transported to site. This means we can avoid the unpredictability of the English weather!
This method of construction is much quicker than a traditional building – we can design, produce and fabricate your vision in under three months.

Why Do We Use Steel Frames?
We use innovative steel frames that are built to last and designed with sustainability in mind. They are rust-proof, rot-proof and infest-proof, providing a strong and reliable foundation for your building.
Our stainless-steel modular frames are engineered with superior anti-rust properties, ensuring long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance, unlike traditional timber frames.
Stainless steel inherently resists corrosion due it its chromium content, which forms a protective oxide layer on the surface. This prevents rust even in harsh environments, including areas exposed to salt, moisture, and other corrosive elements.
Our steel is manufactured with a hot dip galvanized coating Z275, meaning it can withstand significant stress impact and wear, to ensure long-term performance.
Unlike traditional materials such as timber, which can decay and weaken over time when exposed to moisture and environmental elements, stainless steel isn’t affected by rot in any way. This non-degradable quality ensures that our frames retain their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal year after year, regardless of the conditions they face.
Our stainless-steel frames are inherently infestation resistant, providing a durable and hygienic solution. Unlike stainless steel, timber and other materials are highly likely to harbour insects or other pests due to the fact they need roughly 20% moisture to thrive in wood products. In recent years, the UK has experienced an average humidity of over 70%. This level of higher standards makes our steel frames the ideal choice for any project.

Compared to timber, steel is fully recyclable, making it one of the most sustainable materials out there. As just 7% of Britain’s native woodlands are currently in a good ecological condition, sourcing materials which are fully recyclable is conducive to improving timbers sustainability. These frames also reduce waste and contribute to a circular economy, with fewer replacements and less resource consumption over time.
