The content of this site is provided for general information about our business and services. Project descriptions, photographs and case studies show buildings designed and delivered under the MOCKBA brand by the MOCKBA team, and design studies are identified as such. Every building is specific to its client, site and specification. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by using it. Proposals, specifications, prices and programmes are provided separately and are subject to their own terms.

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that its content is complete, accurate or current, and we may change it at any time. Technical performance of any building is confirmed in the project documentation for that building, not by this site.

Intellectual property

The MOCKBA MODULAR name and logo, the design of this site and its text and photography are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view, print and download extracts for your own reference in considering our services. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission. Client names and marks appearing in case studies belong to their respective owners.

You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or impairs it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that host it.
