MOCKBA is based in Yorkshire and works with clients, consultants and contractors on permanent steel-frame modular buildings for sport, education, commercial and residential use. The building starts with how it needs to work, not with a catalogue unit, and the same team carries it from design through manufacture to installation.

What permanent modular means
A MOCKBA building is developed as a project in its own right. Modular describes how it is delivered: the modules are made off site and connected on site. The layout, structure, envelope, services and foundations are designed for the client, the site and the intended use, not taken from a standard product.
It suits organisations that need lasting space on a site they own or hold on a long lease. The building sits on designed foundations, and ground conditions, delivery access and service connections are reviewed early so the site is ready when the modules arrive.
